When placing an order with Weddings*n*Whimsy you agree to the following policies, terms & conditions.

All work, design and copy is ©2009-2015 Weddings*n*Whimsy. You may not reuse/recreate/redistribute/reproduce my designs in whole or in part for any reason unless licensing/permission has been granted. Purchasing a file or product does not transfer copyright to you. I take my intellectual property seriously, as it is my livelihood since 2009.

Weddings*n*Whimsy currently accepts Credit/Debit Card orders conveniently and securely through PayPal (a PayPal account is not necessary) or Etsy Direct Checkout.

Invitation orders will not be sent to print & shipped until final balance has been paid in full.

•••• ♥ {RUSH ORDERS } ♥ ••••
Orders may be considered RUSH if they are needed under the time turnaround stated in the listing. Rush orders are accepted depending on our availability and the requirements of the project. Rush orders will add a charge of 20% to your order total.

•••• ♥ {PROOFING } ♥ ••••

It is your responsibility to carefully review your proofs for any errors – spelling, layout, etc. Once final approval is given, Weddings*n*Whimsy waives responsibility for any errors including typesetting, format, grammar, spelling, punctuation or otherwise. If you should choose to reprint after final approval is given, you will be responsible for all costs for production and printing. Discounts will be given on re-prints on a case by case basis and minimum order will apply.

During the design process Electronic/Digital proofs are intended for content and position only.

•••• ♥ {RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS} ♥ ••••

Because of the personalization of custom stationery and paper products, orders are non-refundable, without exception. Nothing will go to print until I have your final approval of the digital design proof. (Make sure you have family or friends look over the Proof to be absolutely sure there are no errors!) I cannot be responsible for errors present on printed items that were present on digital proofs that received your final approval for print.

I cannot accept returns based on color. I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of my products that appear on my site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Also, colors can change slightly on press, that is the nature of printing. Colors shown are only approximated on any computer monitor. Colors can vary slightly between different items, different paper stocks and different print runs so please allow for the possibility of very slight variances from sample/chart.

► Invitation Orders
I highly recommend ordering a sample suite before ordering in full so you can see and feel our quality in person.

Your initial deposit acts as a non-refundable retainer that holds your place in my calendar and begins work on your customized design. When proofs have been approved and the remaining balance is paid all items are then sent to print. Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-refundable, without exception. I cannot accept cancellations or offer any refunds once your project has gone into the production process. Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction. If there is an error on my part, I will do my best to correct the problem.

(All invitation suite samples and sampler charts are printed on a professional grade printer on heavy white matte cover stock unless otherwise noted when ordering. Colors can vary slightly between different items, different paper stocks and different print runs so please allow for the possibility of very slight variances from sample/chart.)

Due to the nature of my business, products may vary slightly from one to another since they are handcrafted and hand-assembled.

BUSINESS DAYS – Monday through Friday (Not Including Weekends & Holidays)

INVITATION SAMPLES –
All samples ship USPS First Class within 2-4 business days.

FULL INVITATION ORDERS –
• Allow 2-3 business days for digital proofs to be sent over for you to review.
• Once final invitation design has been fully approved please allow an additional 3-5 weeks for printing and assembly (not including shipping).
• Full invitation Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Signature required which usually takes 2-3 days domestically and 10-15 days internationally.

ALL OTHER CUSTOM ITEMS –
• Allow 2-3 business days for digital proofs to be sent over for you to review.
• Once design has been fully approved by you for print please allow an additional 3-10 business days for shipping.
• Items are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.

Weddings*n*Whimsy is not responsible for any shipping delays.  Weddings*n*Whimsy cannot guarantee shipping times and cannot offer refunds for damaged or lost packages. Please check your shipping address and ensure it is correct when placing your order.

International Customers: Delays in customs can sometimes take can take 2+weeks so international orders should please plan accordingly. Weddings*n*Whimsy is NOT responsible if your package gets held up in your local customs office for any length of time. International customers are responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. International clients are also responsible for additional postal fees that your country may charge when mailing invitations or stationery. We encourage you to consult your country’s tax/duty policies before placing an order. Sometimes fees can be quite high! While packages usually arrive much sooner, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for domestic delivery and 6 weeks for international delivery before looking into nondelivery. Thank you for understanding.

Please remember that shipping around the holiday season can be very unpredictable and Priority upgrades are recommended to ensure fast delivery times.

•••• ♥ {POSTAL COSTS & MAILING YOUR INVITATIONS/STATIONERY} ♥ ••••

Mailing individual invitations usually incur additional postage because of their weight. Bringing a finished invitation to your local post office to be weighed and priced is recommended before ordering postage and mailing. Weddings*n*Whimsy is not responsible for individual invitations or stationery that is lost in the mail or destroyed through the mailing process.

•••• ♥ {CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT} ♥ ••••

Please check your package immediately upon delivery. All orders are triple-counted for accuracy prior to shipping; however we recommend you also review your order to confirm all items (and the correct quantity) has been received. Any Shortage must be reported by e-mail within 48 hours of the receipt of your package or standard rates for reprints and processing will apply.

Typo? If you feel like we made an error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’re human and mistakes do happen. If it is our fault we’ll fix it as quickly as possible!

Please be aware that any errors that were approved for print on your proof are not the fault of Weddings*n*Whimsy and will incur re-printing costs, which are determined on a case by case basis.

If you need to order more items, either identical to your original order or with slight modifications please contact us by e-mail with your request. We save all design files so you can order matching items or re-prints at any time without having to send all of your customization info over again.

Please be aware that there are minimum orders for re-prints and pricing is based on the quantity of the re-print order and does not include the quantity from your original order.
